Return Policy

At Gracie Jean, we want you to love every item you bring home. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange within our return window.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return for store credit or to make an exchange.
We do not offer monetary refunds.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, free of odors or makeup, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved and received, your store credit will be emailed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you choose not to use a return label with tracking, Gracie Jean is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.


Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
Store credit expires 30 days after it is issued.

Please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders. If you still do not see your store credit after the processing window, email us at graciejeanco@gmail.com.


Shipping

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in the shipping process. All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and include a tracking number for your convenience.

Our order processing time is 2–3 business days (this does not include shipping time).


Orders

Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or updated once they are placed.
This includes:

  • Adding or removing items

  • Applying discount codes

  • Changing shipping addresses

If you need to reroute a package already in transit, please contact the carrier directly:

In-Store Pickup

You may skip shipping fees by choosing local pickup at checkout.

Pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

For damage claims:

  • Email graciejeanco@gmail.com

  • Use your order number in the subject line

  • Include clear photos of the damage

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be unworn

Damages will be reviewed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Authentic turquoise jewelry

  • Sterling silver jewelry

  • Fine jewelry

  • Seasonal + holiday items

  • Accessories + eyewear

  • Items purchased with a discount code

  • All SALE items

  • Gift cards

These items are final sale.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
The fastest way to secure a new size or item is to:

  1. Start a return request

  2. Receive your store credit

  3. Place a new order

We do not hold items for exchanges.


Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Store credit is issued within 2–3 business days after your return is received. If you haven’t received it in that timeframe, please email us at graciejeanco@gmail.com with your order number.
