Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders ship through USPS or UPS and include tracking information. Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or updated after they are placed, including changes to products, discount codes, or shipping addresses.
Local pickup is available at checkout. Pickup orders are generally ready within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds or direct exchanges. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from odors or makeup, and returned with tags attached and original packaging.
Before returning an item, email graciejeanco@gmail.com with your name, order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved store credit is emailed as an E-Gift Card within 2–3 business days after the return is received and expires 30 days after issue. Items purchased with a discount code and all sale items are final sale.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in the shipping process. All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and include a tracking number for your convenience.
